What do I do if I am ordering online and I am outside the UK?
The Webshop Wilson & Wilson brothers is solely designed for shipping addresses within the UK. If your shipping address is outside the UK, please contact
info@wilsonwilson.co.uk to place your order there. The sales team will assist you to process the order.
How are my goods being shipped?
Goods ordered from Wilson & Wilson brothers will be shipped by using UPS. Invoices will be attached to the shipment and custom clearance will be dealt by according what is mentioned during the final stage of your ordering process.

Wilsonwilson.co.uk is a brand managed by the Dutch company Cohose B.V. It is a Webshop for the direct selection and purchase of products such industrial couplings, connecting fittings, threaded fittings, clamping fittings, clamps, couplings and valves.
How do I see when my goods have been dispatched?
Once you have paid and placed the order you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail. If the selected product(s) are in stock, you will receive an UPS tracking link as soon as the shipment is packed and ready for dispatch.
How do I amend an Order I have placed?

Even though we are the fastest coupling supplier in the UK, it is always better to contact us if you need something faster than normally . What if my order hasn’t arrived?
